Our strict guidelines for returns and refunds.
01. The 3-Day Return Rule
Due to the delicate and collectible nature of our scaled models, returns must be initiated and couriered back to us within 3 days of receiving your order.
02. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original, unopened packaging and in the exact original condition it was sent. Models that have been unboxed, unscrewed from their bases, or tampered with will not be accepted.
03. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return courier fees. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service (like The Courier Guy or Pudo) and ensuring the item is securely bubble-wrapped to prevent transit damage.
